Adam Pavkov

Adam Pavkov is a seasoned technology and advertising executive with over 15 years of experience in developing and selling ad-tech solutions and is best known for his leadership as Head of Automotive Retail at Meta (Facebook) from 2019-2023, where he managed the company’s $2B/year North American auto retail business. Adam led industry strategy, long-term business planning, and revenue growth, managing an extensive client base of over 15,000 retail businesses. His impact earned him the 2019 Facebook Trailblazer Award for driving strategic growth across Meta’s Global Business Group.
Prior to Meta, Adam was Director of Product at Cox Automotive, leading first-party data monetization across 21 North American brands. He later served as Chief Product Officer at Affinitiv, where he drove product strategy for the software business serving over 3,000 clients.
A recognized industry thought leader, Adam is a keynote speaker at major local business conferences, served as a monthly contributor to Digital Dealer Magazine and co-authored the Meta Small Business Advertising Strategies Playbook.
Adam holds a BA from the University of Connecticut (2004) and a degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He is a Pragmatic Institute-certified product marketing professional and was a nominee for the 2025 Chief Product Officer Global Award for his contributions to digital product innovation.
