Job Description
The Regional Sales Director – Home Services is responsible for acquiring new clients in the home services industry for ngency digital marketing. This role is focused on outbound business development, with an emphasis on telemarketing, relationship-based selling, and targeted outreach. Candidates should bring a deep understanding of the unique marketing needs in home services and demonstrate a track record of selling digital marketing and website development services.
This position requires 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or website sales, with strong familiarity in selling to home service providers such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, or landscaping companies. Success in this role is measured by client acquisition volume, activity tracking, and contribution to revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound sales activities, including a minimum of 70 cold calls per day to prospective home services businesses.

Leverage personal and professional networks to generate qualified leads and close new business.

Clearly articulate ngency’s value proposition, with a focus on website development, SEO, paid media, and digital marketing services tailored for home services providers.

Qualify prospects, schedule and lead sales presentations, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline to close.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, contacts, notes, and pipeline stages using the company’s CRM.

Attend select industry trade shows or local business events to build relationships and generate leads.

Collaborate with marketing and client services teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of new accounts.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Stay informed on home services industry trends, marketing best practices, and competitor strategies.
Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or website sales, ideally selling to home service businesses.

Proven success in outbound telemarketing, cold calling, and closing high-volume sales.

Deep understanding of the marketing challenges and seasonal trends in home services industries.

Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, websites, and lead generation platforms.

Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to track sales activities and pipeline.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation
- Base salary of $42,000 with $65,000 in estated commisssions.

Performance-based earnings can exceed $150,000 annually.
