Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between ngenc digital marketing and its clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and ensures the successful delivery of website development and digital marketing services. The Account Manager will oversee project coordination, campaign execution, and performance reporting while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
This position requires 5 to 10 years of experience in the digital marketing and/or website development industry, with demonstrated expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), and working knowledge of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and display advertising.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing expectations, deliverables, and communications.
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Monitor campaign and website performance using GA4 and other tools; provide clients with insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Lead client meetings, status calls, and presentations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary to protect client relationships and agency resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, creative, development, and media to ensure alignment and execution.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions, project updates, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to client retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities and areas for optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, website development, or agency account management.
- Deep understanding of website production processes and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with ability to interpret data and develop insights.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, retargeting, and display advertising strategies and platforms.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in any of Ngency’s core verticals: legal, home services, medical, or ecommerce.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, or similar.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace).
Working Conditions
- Remote work environment.
- Must be able to accommodate occasional meetings or deadlines outside of standard business hours.
Compensation
- $60,000 to $84,000 with some compensation based on performance.
