Job Description
The Regional Sales Director – Legal is responsible for acquiring new clients in the legal industry for ngency digital marketing. This role is focused on outbound business development, with an emphasis on telemarketing, relationship-based selling, and targeted outreach. Candidates should bring a deep understanding of legal industry marketing needs and demonstrate a track record of selling digital marketing and website development services.
This position requires 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or website sales, with strong familiarity in legal marketing challenges, ethical considerations, and budgetary constraints. Success in this role is measured by client acquisition volume, activity tracking, and contribution to revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound sales activities, including a minimum of 70 cold calls per day to prospective law firms and legal professionals.

Leverage personal and professional networks to generate qualified leads and close new business.

Clearly articulate ngency’s value proposition, with a focus on website development, SEO, paid media, and digital marketing services tailored for legal clients.

Qualify prospects, schedule and lead sales presentations, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline to close.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, contacts, notes, and pipeline stages using the company’s CRM.

Attend select legal tradeshows or industry events to build relationships and generate leads.

Collaborate with marketing and client services teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of new accounts.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Stay informed on industry trends, legal marketing regulations, and competitors.
Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or website sales, ideally selling to law firms or legal service providers.

Proven success in outbound telemarketing, cold calling, and closing high-volume sales.

Deep understanding of the legal marketing space, including the unique needs and ethical considerations of law firm advertising.

Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, websites, and lead generation platforms.

Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to track sales activities and pipeline.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation
-
Base salary of $42,000 with $65,000 in estated commisssions.

Performance-based earnings can exceed $150,000 annually.
